Moong Sprout Salad

Ingredients:

200 grams moong sprout
200 grams onion chopped
200 grams tomatoes chopped
3-4 green chillies chopped
1 cucumber chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
1 teaspoon mango powder

1 teaspoon cumin seeds (roasted and grinded)
2 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon parsley chopped
2 tablespoon olive oil
roasted seeds or roasted sunflower seeds to garnish (optional)

Step 1 Heat olive oil on a medium flame, add moong sprout plus salt and cook for 10-15 minutes till they are bit tender and then add onion, tomatoes, green chillies and cucumber and mix well.
Step 2 Add pepper, mango powder and roasted cumin seeds powder and lemon juice.
Step 3 Garnish with parsley and roasted seeds or roasted sunflower seeds. Serve cold or lightly warm.
